No refund policy is applicable for Live Courses, Events, Resources & Tests offered by Skill For People.
The refund policy is subject to terms and conditions, just like any other online transaction. By purchasing a course or product on Skill For People, you accept our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and Refund Policy.
Our Refund Policy is as follows:
Cancellation & Refunds: Regular Online Courses
- Raise a refund request within 72 hours of course purchase.
- If the training content falls short of what was promised, a full refund will be issued.
- 10% of the purchase price will be deducted as a platform maintenance fee.
- If you have completed more than two premium/paid lessons, you will not be eligible for a refund.
- If you have already received your Course Certificate within the 72-hour window, you will not be eligible for a refund.
- Refunds are not applicable for courses purchased during a campaign or promotional period.
Exchange: Regular Online Courses, Live Courses, Events, Resources & Tests

How to Refund/Exchange?
To process your refund, click the button below. A form will open. Submit your name, mobile number, and the reason for the refund. As per our refund policy, we will refund your money within 7–10 working days if everything is cleared. Click on the same link for exchange as well.
