এই চুক্তিতে বর্ণিত শর্তাবলী সাপেক্ষে আপনি ব্যক্তিগত বা বাণিজ্যিক উদ্দেশ্যে স্কিল ফর পিপল এর প্ল্যাটফর্ম ব্যবহার করতে পারেন। আপনি কোনো অবৈধ বা অননুমোদিত উদ্দেশ্যে প্ল্যাটফর্মটি ব্যবহার করতে পারবেন না এবং আপনি সমস্ত প্রযোজ্য আইন মেনে চলার সম্মতি প্রকাশ করছেন।

কোর্সে প্রবেশাধিকার ও ব্যবহার
স্কিল ফর পিপল-এর ওয়েবসাইট এর মাধ্যমে কোনো কোর্স ক্রয় করার মাধ্যমে ব্যবহারকারী সম্মত হন যে, তারা শুধুমাত্র আমাদের অফিসিয়াল ওয়েবসাইট বা অ্যাপের মাধ্যমেই কোর্সের লেসনসমূহে প্রবেশ ও অধ্যয়ন করবেন। কোর্সে প্রবেশের জন্য ব্যবহারকারীকে নিবন্ধনের সময় বা ক্রয়ের সময় দেওয়া মোবাইল নম্বর অথবা ইমেইল আইডি ব্যবহার করে সাইন ইন করতে হবে। লগইন তথ্য অন্যের সাথে শেয়ার করা বা আমাদের প্ল্যাটফর্ম ছাড়া অন্য কোনো মাধ্যমে কোর্সে প্রবেশ করা কঠোরভাবে নিষিদ্ধ।

মেধা সম্পত্তি

ব্যবহার কারীর বিষয়বস্তু

স্কিল ফর পিপল বিভিন্ন রকম কোর্স এবং রিসোর্স প্রদান করে থাকে যা কিনা এক জন ক্রেতা এই প্ল্যাটফর্ম থেকে ক্রয় করতে পারবে। এই আইটেম গুলির জন্য অর্থ প্রদান অবশ্যই আমাদের নিরাপদ অর্থ প্রদান পোর্টালের মাধ্যমে করতে হবে। এই আইটেম গুলোর মূল্য বিনা নোটিসে পরিবর্তন হতে পারে। প্ল্যাটফর্মে নির্দিষ্ট কিছু আইটেমের জন্য রিফান্ডের ব্যবস্থা রয়েছে, এবং সমস্ত রিফান্ড স্কিল ফর পিপল এর অনুমোদন সাপেক্ষে হবে। যে কোন রিফান্ডের আবেদন প্রত্যাখ্যান করার অধিকার স্কিল ফর পিপলের রয়েছে।

সমাপ্তিকরন

আপনার এই প্ল্যাটফর্মটি ব্যবহারের অধিকার স্কিল ফর পিপল যেকোনো সময় সমাপ্ত ঘোষণা করতে পারে। উপরেউল্লেখিত কারন গুলো ছাড়াও যেকোনো কারনেই তা হতে পারে।
